Now, let's add an emergency contact to your phone.

Start from your home screen. Tap on Hälsa.

Tap on Medicinskt ID (Medical ID).

Tap on Ändra (Edit) in the top right corner.

Scroll to Nödkontakter (Emergency contacts) and tap on lägg till nödkontakt (add emergency contact).

Search for the name you want to add. In this example, I'm using Kalle Kallesson.

Choose your relationship to Kalle, for example, friend.

Check that Kalle Kallesson has been added and tap on Klar (Done).

Now we're going to add a contact as your favorite. We'll use Kalle as an example.

Start on the home screen and tap Telefon (Phone).

Choose Kalle Kallesson from the contact list.

Choose Ring (Call) to save the phone number as a favorite.

Kalle finns nu under Favoriter. Tryck på den gröna telefonluren.

Your phone is now calling Kalle Kallesson.

Now we're going to turn your phone's ringtone volume up or down.

Börja på hemskärmen och tryck på Inställningar.

Tap on Ljud och haptik (Sound & Haptics).

Drag the slider for Ringsignal och notiser (Ringtone and Notifications) to the right for louder sound or to the left for quieter sound.

Drag the slider to adjust the volume. You can ask someone to call you to test the sound level.

Now, we're going to learn how to connect a speaker or headphones so you can listen to music from your phone. Start the accessory and hold down the Bluetooth or power button until the light starts blinking.

Start on the home screen. Tap on Inställningar (Settings), the icon with a cogwheel.

In Inställningar (Settings), tap on Bluetooth.

Check that Bluetooth is on. Tap on the name of your speaker or headphones.

The text Ansluten (Connected) shows that the accessory is ready to use. The name of your own accessory will be different.

We're going to learn how to connect your mobile phone to a wireless network, also called Wi-Fi.

Start on the home screen. Tap on Inställningar (Settings), the icon with a gear.

In Inställningar (Settings), tap on Wifi.

Check that Wifi is on. Tap on the network you want to use. In the example, it's called SOLROS WIFI.

Carefully type the network's password and tap on Anslut (Connect).

A blue checkmark next to SOLROS WIFI shows that your phone is connected.

Now you're going to learn how to put several pictures together and create a photo album.

Start from the home screen and tap on Bilder (Pictures).

Tap on Samlingar (Collections). Under Album (Albums), tap on Nytt album (New album).

Write a name for the album, select the pictures, and tap on Skapa (Create).

Well done! You have now created the album Sommar 2026, and your selected pictures are now gathered in an album here.

We're going to learn how to let your phone read the text on the screen aloud.

Start from the home screen. Tap on Inställningar (Settings).

In Inställningar (Settings), choose Hjälpmedel (Accessibility).

Under Syn (Vision), choose Talat innehåll (Spoken Content).

Turn on Läs upp skärm (Speak Screen). You can also choose a Swedish voice and adjust the speaking speed.

Swipe down with two fingers from the top of the screen. Use the speech controller to pause or change the speed.

Now, let's learn how to scroll through and search for pictures on your phone.

Start from your home screen and tap on Bilder.

In Bibliotek, your pictures are organized by date. Just swipe to scroll through them.

Drag the slider to the right until the text is just the right size.

We're going to learn how to record a video. It's a good idea to hold your phone horizontally when the video will be shown on a TV.

Start from the home screen and tap on Kamera (Camera).

Swipe between the camera modes until Video is selected. Tap the red button to start recording.

When the timer is counting, the video is being recorded. Tap the red square to stop.

Tap on the small picture and then on play to check the video.

We will now learn how to scan a QR code using your phone's camera.

Tap on the picture you want to send and then Lägg till (Add).

Check the picture and send it. Here you can see the picture as delivered.

We will now learn how to share your mobile's internet with a computer or tablet.

Start on the home screen. Tap on Inställningar (Settings), the icon with a cogwheel.

In Inställningar (Settings), tap on Internetdelning (Internet sharing).

Turn on Tillåt att andra ansluter (Allow others to connect).

Note down your phone's name and Wi-Fi password. In the example, the password is Sunflower exclamation mark 2026.

Öppna Wi-Fi på datorn eller surfplattan, välj mobilens namn och skriv lösenordet.

We're going to learn how to open the camera, take a picture, and check the result.

Check that the Bild mode is selected. Hold your phone steady and tap the white shutter button.

Tap the small picture in the bottom left to check the photo.

We're going to learn how to search for and watch a movie on YouTube.

From your home screen, tap on YouTube.

Tap the magnifying glass icon. Type what you'd like to watch, and then tap ”Sök” (Search).

Tap on the movie you want to watch.

Tap the middle of the movie to show the controls. Then, tap ”play” to start or pause the video.

Tap the cogwheel icon and choose ”Undertexter” (Subtitles) if you'd like to read what's being said.

Now the movie is playing with Swedish subtitles.
