  1. 1Step 1 of 4

AI stands for Artificial Intelligence and is a collective name for technology that can learn patterns from large amounts of information. For example, it can understand language, recognize images, find connections, and create text or images. AI doesn't think like a human and doesn't have its own feelings. It's a technology built into various apps and services.

  2. 2Step 2 of 4

You might be using AI without even thinking about it. It can suggest music and movies, translate text, help with maps, and detect unusual bank purchases. AI is often hidden in services you already use.

  3. 3Step 3 of 4

You can use different apps that you download to use AI. Some examples are ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. In such apps, you can ask questions, ask AI to explain things, and describe what's in a picture. The answers can be useful, but be critical. AI can be wrong, so check important information against a reliable source.

  4. 4Step 4 of 4

AI can be fast and helpful, but it can also be wrong. Check important information, especially concerning money, medicine, or authorities. Never enter bank codes, passwords, or other sensitive information. See AI as a helper, not as a reliable source.
